Master Trainers Programme Brochure

CropLife Africa Middle East has embarked on a Master Trainers Programme throughout the Africa Middle East region. Following a training needs analysis, in 2002 and 2003, the programme began with a Pilot Programme in Zimbabwe. Based on the Pilot, a revised Master Trainer course was designed, together with toolkits and training materials. Between 2003 and 2007, over 700 Master Trainers have been trained throughout Africa and the Middle East.

The course is an intensive five-day course. The first three days deal with facilitation skills. The last two days allow participants to put into practice these facilitation skills, using IPM and Responsible Use topics. Participants are certified, based on a assignments, tests, lesson plans and lesson assessments.
