A Training Toolkit for Facilitators.

This is a faciltator's/instructor's manual for a Train-the-Trainer course. This is a five-day intensive course, aimed at those trainers who are involved in training others in Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and Responsible Use of Pesticides. The first three days cover facilitation skills, and the last two days cover aspects of IPM and Responsible Use. The course is very participative, involving group and individual exercises, written tests, lesson plans and individual lesson presentations, which are assessed.

This is the facilitator's/instructor's manual for the Train-the-Trainer Follow-up programme. This is a five-day programme, which is a follow-up to the Train-the-Trainer course. In this course, facilitators provide previously trained Master Trainers with a five-day programme, consisting of: a one-day refresher course; followed by one day of lesson, venue and self preparation; then a two-day cascade training session, in which the Master Trainers train others, while they are being assessed by the facilitators; the final day is a feedback and assessment session for the Master Trainers.
